Nescafé - Creating shared value

The UK soluble coffee category has been changing significantly in the past 10-15 years. Alternative business models such as organic, sustainable and fair trade have taken their place on the retail fixture. These concepts are changing the way people shop for coffee.

We have advised Nescafé in the UK on a strategic response to these developments culminating in the launch of Nescafé Partners Blend, the first FairTrade certified coffee from Nestlé.
